Refund Policy

DONTPAYMORE LLC provides online digital assistance services.

Customers may request a refund before DONTPAYMORE LLC begins work on the purchased service.

Once work has started, including reviewing customer information, preparing documents, assisting with forms, providing guidance, or supporting an online request, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the work already completed.

Once the service has been completed, submitted, or substantially performed, the service fee is non-refundable unless DONTPAYMORE LLC failed to provide the purchased service.

Our service fee does not include government fees, provider fees, filing fees, registry fees, utility fees, administrative fees, or third-party charges. Any third-party fees are separate from our service fee and are not refundable by DONTPAYMORE LLC.

Refunds are not provided for delays, rejections, refusals, additional requirements, or outcomes caused by third-party authorities, providers, platforms, organizations, or customer-provided information.

Refunds are not provided for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, false, or late information provided by the customer.
